All Sales Final Policy

Due to the exclusive, limited, and high-value nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

That said, if you receive an incorrect size or a defective item due to an error on our end, we will make it right. In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can review and resolve the issue.

This policy does not apply to:

  • Incorrect sizing selected at checkout
  • Price changes or promotions
  • Shipping delays outside of our control

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders typically process within 2–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the buyer. Luxeurra is not responsible for carrier delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages once shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
